Rocco DiSalvo is a senior operating engineer in Local 542 of the International Union of Operating Engineers with 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Since graduating from the four-year apprenticeship program, Rocco has held progressive roles of responsibility as an equipment operator on both daily and long-term rentals. He has operated and maintained various pieces of heavy equipment, including forklifts, telescoping lulls, backhoes and loaders, boom trucks, and all large and small hydraulic cranes ranging from 10 tons to 500 tons.
